Firefighting intervention jacket model PRO-19, with integrated anchoring and IRS rescue system.
Multifunctional system for safe positioning and for emergency abseiling. The fully integrated IRS system is particularly suitable for use with self-contained breathing apparatus. This anchoring system makes the work of firefighters much easier, significantly increasing their safety level.
The system consists in the insertion of a harness band inside the jacket, designed and built in such a way as not to create interference or difficulty in moving during the interventions. The two ends of the band protrude from two slots at the height of the sternum in the area adjacent to the hinge, one on the right side and one on the left side.
Joined together by an EN 362-B EN 1227-5 carabiner to which an EN 354 parking lanyard equipped with a carabiner can be connected, stored in a sturdy bag integrated inside the jacket, easy to recover at the time of use.
The IRS anchoring and rescue system consists of a positioning belt made of aramid fiber and locking carabiner, specially molded and fully integrated into the fire protection jacket, so as to make it immediately ready for use.
An alternative to the positioning belt, the IRS system fulfills the requirements of work positioning belts (EN 358) and life rings (EN 1498).
