Beekeeper suit SAFTEX class 2
The Beekeeper Suit SAFTEX allows to deal in safety any intervention and operation at risk of wrap, hornet and/or insects bites in general. The garment has been tested to puncture resistant according to the standard UNI EN 863 and reaches the 2nd class of perforation resistance (21 N – over 2 kg. of pressure).
Equipped with a helmet integrated in the hood, it allows you to protect the operator from accidental bumps; has a large removable wire mesh visor and EN 420-EN 388-EN374 certified gloves, front closure with zipper.
Limits of use
This garment is NOT suitable for the use in fighting fires (Fire Brigade); it is NOT suitable for use with chemical products.
Description
Overall with Hood, equipped with internal safety helmet and large removable metal mesh visor, n. 2 PVC gloves; large front opening with two-way zip closure, zip cover ends. Bottom of the sleeve and bottom of the leg with internal gaiter, elasticated cuffs. The garment has high-frequency heat sealed seams to increase the resistance to tearing.
The garment has been tested for puncture resistance according to the standard UNI EN 863: 1997 reaching an average resistance value of 21 Newton perforation equal to 2.14 kg – class 2.
